I liked the art direction right away. It just felt fresh and clear to me, and sometimes you have to trust your instinct when something clicks.

We had a really nice time. The seats were comfortable enough for the couple of hours we were there, and I’d say we could see about 90% of the stage clearly with no weird obstruction or anything. It was easy to just sit back and enjoy the show without having to shift around a bunch

The acoustics were really great, and everything sounded lovely lol. Super clear and easy to enjoy.

The site has been running really fast and smooth for me!! Pages load quickly, I haven’t noticed any weird lag, and everything just feels reliable so far!!! Happy with it overall!!

Buying the tickets was simple enough and checkout went through without any issues. I still don’t fully trust customer service to be helpful if something goes wrong, but the actual purchase process was fine

I really liked the programming overall, and the repertoire was, I think, really well chosen. It felt like a nice mix and made the concert really enjoyable.

I checked out Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra kind of on a whim when my kid needed help with music class, and I was like, oh wait, this is actually useful. The videos and explanations made the orchestra stuff feel way less intimidating, and my kid seemed to get it faster too.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I did have a couple of moments where I couldn’t find the page I needed right away, which was a little annoying. But overall, it’s a solid site and definitely worth using if you’re trying to help a kid learn music without making it feel like homework overload.

Saw them last week, they were incredible. I was standing near the back with a lukewarm drink in my hand, and even from there the sound was huge. The band was super tight, every solo felt like it came out of nowhere in the best way, and a couple of them actually gave me chills. You can tell these musicians really know what they’re doing

I went to an event at RPO parking was way easier than I thought it would be. The signs were clear, the walk in was totally fine, and I didn’t have to stress about finding the entrance. I was expecting the usual hassle, but that ended up being unnecessary. It made the whole night start off really smoothly...

The site does the basic stuff fine, but it feels kind of clunky to use. I had to click around more than I should’ve just to find a few simple things, and the layout feels outdated. It’s not awful, but it doesn’t feel smooth or reassuring either. After getting frustrated a couple times, I realized I don’t really trust the site to be easy or reliable when I need something quickly. It’s okay if you already know exactly where to go, but otherwise it’s a bit of a hassle.

I went here with my kids and had a really nice experience. The staff were friendly from the start, and the whole place was easy to move around without feeling stressed. My kids got a little excited at times, but nobody made us feel uncomfortable or out of place, which I really appreciated. It felt like a genuinely family-friendly place.

Caught a show here and really liked the vibe. Relaxed crowd, not too fancy or uptight. Just comfortable. The sound was solid too, carried through the room really well. Seats were okay, maybe a little tight, but nothing that ruined the night. Overall, a fun evening.

I was a little surprised by how fair the pricing was, especially after checking a few other places while sitting at my kitchen table one evening. rpo.org gave me what I needed without adding a bunch of extra stuff or making it feel like there were hidden costs waiting to pop up later. The setup was easy too, which I appreciated because I didn’t really want to spend my whole afternoon figuring it out. For the price and what you get, I’m happy with it and would use it again...
